White beehoon is seriously all the craze now. Hearty fishbone broth, wok hei fried beehoon, and generous portion of fresh fish slices and of course lala (which were clean out well, no a single grainy but). Fried garlic and fried lard, seal the taste. Great for people within the area, bear in mind about the queue that loads through the night. But the queue go by quite fast. The dish, while looked and smell marvellous, somehow lack something. And I can't quite place what it is. I could be in sufficient ophmm that I had before in a certain restaurant.
