This bowl of ramen is not for the faint of heart. It is huge, with three generous slices of cha shu and a rich, thick tonkotsu broth - maybe a little too rich for my taste. It's good to note that you can state the hardness of your ramen noodles; for me, the hard option was just right. Because all the ingredients went perfectly well with each other, I ate every bit of this ramen, then made sure to do yoga and skip dinner later that evening. I think I need a few weeks without ramen to recover from this, and next time I will choose the lighter, Standard ramen.
