I was wrong! This beef broth could be the only type of stock that can match up against a pork or seafood stock! The broth is robust and very tasty. Add some vinegar, and you got yourself a winning formula. If you do not know, Lanzhou Beef Noodle already have 300 stores in China and this is their first in our shores. I’m super impressed and I bet you will too!
