Surprisingly good for a prawn dish that looks so unadorned.

My mum was suuuper excited to be the one recommending a restaurant for once, telling us that Ting Heng Seafood Restaurant’s fish head steamboat (鱼头炉) is really really great and that we’ve GOT to check it out.
