I had the opportunity to try the dinner menu at Ingleside and it didn’t disappoint! We started with the trio of seasonal snacks; tuna tartare, sweet prawn and truffle brioche. Each dish was well prepared and seasoned with their in house fermented vinegars and I wanted seconds! I ordered the Hungarian duck breast which was dry aged for 7 days and paired with their in-house lacto blueberry bordelaise. The dish was well seasoned and balanced, and the duck wasn’t gamey at all! For the dessert, I had the smoked brownie, which was a good mix of sweet and savory, topped with coconut cream and crushed hazelnuts. Overall, a lovely and pleasant dining experience!
