Bedrock Bar and Grill is famous for two things 1) their killer steaks 2) everyone’s favourite place to use the entertainer app.

However their side of sweet potato, bacon and blue cheese ($16) is a stronger contender for the 3rd.

The worst complement to an already heavy steak, bad decisions are an exception for this. Deliciously rich, the sweet potatoes are the ideal vessel for that super savoury bacon blue cheese umami time bomb.
