dinner at the hood at highly raved 18 chefs. went without expectations though since it was an ad hoc decision. hard to refuse any food with salted egg yolk,
so i definitely had to give this creative dish a try. while the onslaught of salted egg smell filled my nose upon serving, the taste was just a tad disappointing. was expecting my buds to be attacked by a full-on salty egg taste but alas it was mild and timid. smart to add fresh cut chili as it gave another dimension in taste and generous serving of prawns (counted 6) was saving grace.
