A 64 degree duck egg sitting on top of heritage Galuh Rice grown in Bali, garlic, snails and wild flowers. Probably one my favourite dish from this trip to Bali. So simple yet so Delish. The creamy yolk just ties everything together. Always a delight to return to a restaurant like Locavore and see how they have grown and evolved. Loving the emphasis on using more local produce and highlight local flavours. Locavore is a die die must visit if you are heading to Bali. Reservations must be made 1-2 months in advance now.
