The tendon comes with a variety of fried items such as tempura prawns, white fish and mixed vegetables, which was a letdown as the batter was not crispy and further softened by the Singapore Chilli Crab sauce, which lacked in taste to its fiery and tangy namesake and wasn't able to harmonize well with the steamed Japanese rice.
