Having read raving reviews about it, I decided to go with their ๐˜ฝ๐™š๐™š๐™› ๐™Ž๐™ช๐™ ๐™ž๐™ฎ๐™–๐™ ๐™ž ๐˜ฟ๐™ค๐™ฃ. Each bowl comes with miso soup, chawanmushi and an onsen egg which you can put on top of your rice.

Before the chef starts cooking, the meat is neatly presented on a tray and showed to us. While watching the chef do his magic, the aroma together with the sizzling makes my tummy grumble. I was salivating hard when the end product was finally presented to me. The beef was very flavorful and had the melt-in-the-mouth texture with just the right ratio of meat and fats. The sukiyaki sauce has a balanced sweet-savoury profile. After cooking the beef, the chef poured the rest of the sukiyaki sauce into a small bowl, allowing you to adjust the saltiness level according to your own liking.

At $14.90, I will definitely be back for more!
