Plated up with spring bacon succotash, I must say that this like its previous version (still) available at Immanuel's French kitchen in bukit merah, it's super bang-for-buck at only $16.90 for a restaurant quality dish ~ Would loved for the mash to be a bit more buttery silky but with the public's rising awareness on health, the switch from cream to milk in the recipe is unavoidable.
