Milk chocolate shell with a caramelised banana 🍌 center topped with mango and passionfruit sauce. A bit of pecan nuts was added to the base for that surprise crunch! Loved how the flavours went so well together! The chocolate part was my absolute favourite!!

Champagne 🍾 mousse with white peach🍑! You can definitely taste the champagne in this one yet it was not overbearing and the white peach jello center just gave the cake a refreshing lift!
