Crispy pork rinds with Sichuan spices to start. This was a tad spicy for me after awhile but it actually went really well with the next dish of very refreshing Chilli crab crostini, which helped to take a bit off the heat!

This was part of the Taste of Qin set menu ($128++ for 2 pax, with 2 dishes from their “Booze Bites”, 1 starter, 2 mains and 1 dessert). This would be $10 ala carte. There’s Burpple Beyond with 15%/30% off ala carte bill if you’re not ordering the set.
