Heirloom beetroot salad with goats cheese encased in housemade ash and basil gel
Mmmm who loves goats cheese? Put your hands up!!
Blue swimmer crab mornay with light bechamel, Parmesan & Brioche crumbs. Tasted very rich which hid the crab. There was also strong hints of turmeric
Rock Flathead fillet with jerusalem artichoke chips, pine mushrooms, capers, grapes on cauliflower purée
Lamb on celeriac purée was just what I needed today!
Back at yesterday's lunch: the rest of the team @offthespork @creamyncookie @food_rehab @squeewubs @ieatblog @katspat @alasta @zeboy had the wagyu beef, celeriac remoulade, black mushroom purée, crisp salsify with a black balsamic vinaigrette
