実は初めてのフィッシュヘッドカレー。
タイでは魚のカレーをよく食べたもんだけど、当たり外れも多いのがこの料理。
生臭さがカレーに出ちゃうと悲惨なことになる。
それを知ってるからなかなか手が出せずにいたんですが、友達のおすすめという事で迷わずGo！
全然生臭くないし、むしろ魚のいいダシが出ててただただ美味いカレーに。
ほんでまだ混み合う前にオーダーしたら、出てくるの早いこと早いこと。
持ち時間30分しかなかったからちょっと心配だったけど、余裕でした。
4人でドリンクとご飯付けても1人たったの$16。
安い、速い、美味い、は最強。

ちなみに朝はPasir Panjang Wholesale Centreで買い出し。
最寄りのバス停から175番バス一本でWest Coast Plazaに行けるので、ハシゴに良きです。
