Keisuke's Tori King concept is a great alternative to their Tonkotsu King concept. It's amazing how they're able to prepare such a rich chicken broth that is full of flavour and shiok-ness, but not too rich that it becomes gelat (unlike how tonkotsu broth might be). In addition, the chicken is cooked to perfection with the meat falling off the bone easily. Definitely one of the best ramens in Singapore, and definitely the best chicken broth ramen in Singapore! 😋
