Verdict? The thin beef patty is grilled to a juicy medium, with small, buttery caramelised edges and bits throughout the patty. The fluffy bun with a toasted underside sandwiches the patty with a nicely melted, savoury piece of American cheese and a smattering of that Shake Shack secret sauce.
