Cute-as-a-button mini burgers filled with juicy pork belly, Japanese Saikyo miso and Granny Smith apple purée. These bar bites are a must-order but of course, greedy me wishes those yummeh pieces of pork belly can be upsized! 😁

Red snapper was alright, liked the salty chips and it came with clams in a sweetish sauce.

Getting warmed up @longplaysg with some Hendricks kicks and {Togarashi Squid} with Harissa dip.

Check out Jonathan in action as he prepared my off-the-menu special, the "Chendol" Cocktail.

It remains nameless but let me assure you, this cocktail customised by Jonathan using Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Creme de Peche, freshly muddled strawberries, a touch of syrup and graced with a topping of tiny strands of saffron (yeah, it's only the most expensive spice in the world) was stupefyingly good.
