đforlino; singapoređcapesante; hand-dived hokkaido scallops, hokkaido sea urchin sabayon, celeriac purĂ©e & pickled celeriac âą there was a hint of trepidation when we ordered since weâre not big fans of seafood but the scallops and sea urchin were fresh with no hints of fishiness (the same canât be said for their abalone that we had for another dishđ) the purĂ©e was light and the layer of skin above it adds to the texture. the scallops was unbelievably soft, and paired well with the purĂ©e and pickles. & the sea urchin is so creamy and nice that i might turn into a fan of it after this meal. so unbelievably good đ
