This left my Taiwan colleagues craving for it so much so that they went back for a second round the day after we went. Quoting what they said, "we went to heaven!!!" Living up to the hype, their chicken is succelent with a tad hint of herbal flavor in it. The chicken, especially the skin (my colleague said so since I don't eat the skin) is soooooooo smooth and tender. Considering this is the restaurant, I really do wonder how the ones from the actual stall taste like!
