Located in the old Picket and Rail showroom along Mandai Road (just a short 5 minute drive from yew tee), this has been my go-to zi char spot since six years ago.
I was first introduced to Cafe 566 by my boyfriend's parents. There are plenty of seats, service staff are friendly and the food is always so darn tasty — which is why we always return every weekend! They've changed quite a few chefs (there was a period of time when the kitchen was helmed by a Thai chef and the tom yum goong was bombzz) and now the food has been better than ever.
One of my favourite dishes is the Marmite chicken that is unbelievably crispy on the outside yet juicy and tender on the inside. It's a hit with all the customers and I like how they are so generous with their marmite glaze 🤤 #Burpproved
