Last year, Chef/Owner Gary made an Yu Sheng for the first time at his restaurant upon my request and my family loved it so much, we wanted to go back again this year. He has spoilt us. For the same, or maybe even less 💰as compared to the Chinese restaurants cashing in on the festive season, he has stuffed in so much sashimi and goodies in a platter which had a circumference that almost covered one entire table, I was already almost full by the time I finished half the Yu Sheng. INSANE!
This is customized and a special order so don’t even try looking for it on their menu 😏
