Ordered this to go.
As usual, Starbucks pies are quite good and this quiche is no exception. The crust is just the right thickness and is solid enough that it doesn’t fall apart with the slightest touch, but also not hard enough to pose difficulty when cutting with a disposable knife.
The egg mixture is tasty, with a good amount of spinach and sautéed mushrooms mixed inside. Overall I really enjoyed this quiche and am likely to order it again for tea or a light meal! :)
