Its not my first time having fried assam laksa, but this is a better version than what i had tried previously. rice noodle that stir fry with assam laksa ingredient and topped with a fresh prawn. I would say from all my experience with fried assam laksa, i still prefer the regular soup base assam laksa for that punchy assam laksa base with fish chuck.
