Bishamon is offering a brand new menu, serving up a yunmy traditional styled hokkaido ramen at Suntec. The restaurant's broth for its Sapporo series of ramen is made out of a very special blend of red, white and black miso! We tried the Sapporo miso style ramen as well as the Tonkotsu miso ramen. I preferred the Tonkotsu version because it sported an absolutely robust soup base and noodles at my preferred thickness. Loved it. Ramen prices begin from $13.80++. Very affordable for its quality.
