This delightful dish consisted of steamed glutinous rice wrapped with eel inside bamboo grass, infusing it with a delightful aroma. Imagine the taste of Unagi encased in a "Bak Zhang" (rice dumpling) — that's precisely what it resembled. The eel in this dish had a melty and tender texture that was simply oishii.
