Had a good dinner catch up session w dear @gr.x at @plentyfullsg last night! Ordered the pork chop and I must say that it’s one of the cleanest meals I ever had, and it’s a good thing! I walked away feeling just enough - a feeling that I wasn’t accustomed to with all the greasy food I had before. I love the charred flavour of the pork chop, but wished it could have been softer tho. And the real kicker and surprise for me was the bell peppers confit. I’m not a fan of bell peppers but this (the red dish on top of the pork chop) was smthg that I could eat again and again and again! It was soft and juicy and didn’t have the siap siap taste I imagine from a bell pepper. It also goes very well w e pork chop and potato purée, and I just felt so happy eating it ♥️
