'Double flavoured pork ribs' - on one side, the pork ribs are swimming in a glistening sea of jet black marmite sauce. The sticky caramelised marmite sauce is aptly sweet and very aromatic. On the other side are ribs blanketed over by a glaze of golden liquid mongolian sauce which is very flavourful with some kick. I can't decide which is better as both flavours are equally good. Maybe that's why this dish is made so that you and I can experience the best of both worlds in a single visit. RM35
