Fatback Ears Down: a highly potent Chamomile GT (chamomile infused gin, East Imperial Burma tonic) from Teepee Bar & Restaurant along Hongkong Street.

Although it is not the traditional kourou bao that i am used to, I liked the spicy kick from the onions and the sesame sauce.

Pillowy brioche buns, charred streaky bacon, an oozy avalanche of three cheeses with a 150g hunk of juicy seared beef patty wedged in between.

Of beef bowls, coffee and Old Fashioned's.
