Australian Grass Fed Angus Striploin ($28), served with roasted beets, confit shallots, cherry tomatoes, baby potato and red wine veal jus.

The doneness was more medium than medium rare as ordered. Overall, I find the portions at this restaurant a bit small but food generally delicious.

Mmhmmm...perfectly cooked and generous portion of miso glazed seabass.

Kakuni Style Pork Cheeks ($20) were simmered for 6 hours to become so fork-tender.

Dehydrated pineapple pavlova with vanilla ice cream & salted caramel all contained in a lovely meringue cake.

$@Restaurant_Sela // another majorly successful main at Sela is the {Kakuni Style Pork Cheek}, a good alternative to the over-executed beef cheek more commonly found in restaurants these days.$

Chengdol deconstructed to a pannacotta garnished with red kidney beans, blueberries and crushed peanuts without the green pandan jelly.
