But decided to try this at the Ramen Street at Tokyo Station (Rokurinsha's queue was about an hour). The soup cooked with chicken bones, dried sardines had a light yet tasty soup base, totally changing my impression of shio ramen.
Tokyo station is such an exciting place to come for ramen lovers.
