Eminami (Old Airport Road)

This was one of the most complex bowl of Phos I've had; the soup was souper flavourful. For $5 it's fantastic, I'm not even going to talk about the egg chiffon (add-on), the texture of the bouncy meatball and the nicely blanched beef slices. The soup had the taste of a mixture of spices that felt really heart warming, think ? cardamom, star anise and maybe cinnamon? but the taste of the beef still comes through. It was so good, I bought 3 more bowls home for my family, although it didn't taste as nice as when I had it there.

Side note: it's also halal!
