The photo on the menu doesn't do justice to the actual dish! Presentation and taste are good! Kids enjoyed the pasta dishes very much!! Highly recommended!

Even handmade pasta can't taste nice when cooked in the blandest sauce! Sadly, this has got to be one of the most watery marinara sauces I’ve ever tried. In fact, it almost tasted like Pasta Mania’s tomato sauce, which is definitely not great, particularly when you’re selling it at such a price point. The "fusion" concept they were trying to go for just didn’t work- it was not cohesive and tasted frankly, all over the place. Despite there being a meatball (with water chestnut and lap cheong slices) and rubbery pork belly slices, the lack of a robust, meaty, tomato sauce made this dish fall flat. Would not come here again.
Italian and Singaporean fusion gone well. Spinach pasta with marinara gravy, meatball, thick pork slices and locally loved fried pork lard. The pork lard commonly found in our bar chor mee or fried hokkien mee surprisingly goes together with the tangy tomato marinara. You can tell that so much effort goes into experimenting what goes together with the pasta. Highly recommended to pasta lovers to try.

Really love their pasta! I love how their pasta can be so colourful that it makes people wanna eat it (I guess kids will be more attracted to it) and the portion is quite alright. The meatballs are my favourite! I love how it tasted so handmade (when you cut it into half you can still see the texture of the ground pork meat) and yet so perfect. The bacon/sliced pork are so flavourful and the fats are just nice 😍 Downside is that it was not hot when it was being served to us... seems like there's a PASTABILITY that they left it there for a while before bringing it to our table. The tomato sauce tasted really normal but anyway if I were to be given a choice, I won't want to have my pasta in tomato sauce 😂
The Long Pasta might be out of stock rather quickly, but that did not stop the kitchen from serving their Supremo Porky Marinara (S$14.00) with Curly Pasta instead. Although the purplish pasta lost its beauty in the red tomato sauce, the general taste of the dish was still acceptable, given that the pasta was close to al dente.
The dish also came with sliced pork (Haus Bacon) and a large beef and pork meatball (Haus Meatball), which was perfect if meat is a staple in your food. However, what I truly enjoyed about the dish was the generous portion of Pork Croutons (also known as fried pork lard) amidst the sauce. Not only it added crunch, but also that fragrance of lard filled my mouth quickly as I minced it with my teeth.
The good news was that with an additional S$2.50 for a free flow drink, one could easily get a friend to enjoy the same, thanks to Burpple Beyond!

Tucked in an inconspicuous corner of the confusing Suntec City, Pasta Supremo serves a masterpiece called Supremo Porky Marinara ($14). Let’s talk about the pasta sauce first. It’s a East-meet-West marinara sauce that’s sinfully and deliciously adorned with pork lards, giving a crackling and tasty bite. Yet not overly oily or heavy. The bacon and meatballs are in generous portions and are perfect with the topped parmesan cheese.
Pro tip: Burpple Beyond has 1 for 1 promotion for this. What a deal.
By the way, I was not exaggerating when I said this dish can save Suntec. My direction-challenged friend got lost in Suntec and swore she wouldn’t be back. But after this dish, she said she would be back. #truestory
