Thinking about this wicked cookie dough dessert @thehangarsg I had weeks ago. Freshly baked upon order, think crusty exterior with a chewy warm centre topped with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, almond flakes and drizzled lusciously with chocolate sauce. If it is inevitable getting phat then at least make it worth the while!

ACAMASEATS & TIPS💮: As some of my dining companions points out that this reminds them of Bibimbap. But here do it Aussie style, & the added avocado turns it into to a more luscious dish, creamy & fatty thankfully I'm an avocado slut. 😋

Your diets cry in the face of their Half Baked Cookie Dough – a pan of crisp on the edges but oh-so-sinful soft cookie in the middle. Put the hot cookie together with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and you have yourself a deliciously comfortable mess. My only (small) gripe is that the ice cream scoop was a little on the small side, running out before the cookie did. 🍨
I also suspect they prepare this fresh upon order as it took some time before coming out. A dessert like this seriously just feels so good yet so baaaaad at the same time! 😂
