This is the dish that I liked here. The centre of attention here would be the rich Dulcey peanut ganache (chocolate and peanut butter is totally my kind of thing), littered with Jivara cake and honeycomb around it. And what made this better is the bed of pulut hitam beneath all these.
If the name is not tempting enough to solicit you to try it, you may be when you know you are indulging in jivara cake, dulcey peanut ganache, honeycomb and black rice. TGIF!
A classic combo of chocolate cake and peanut ganache, made extra special when served on a bed of black rice, prepared pulut hitam style. Unconventional, but it works! Get a little bit of everything in one bite for the full experience.
