If you love tacos, best get the Taco Fiesta plank because Mex Out's mouth-watering new and improved tacos will have you reaching for just one more.
Pick up to 10 tacos of your choice,all of them good, but some stood out more than others. My favourites were the 6hr Braised Beef (tender, moreish, accompanied by smoky red salsa, onion, coriander and fresh lime) and the Baja Fish (crispy beer-battered fish with pickled red cabbage and chipotle mayo). They even have a vegetarian taco filled with sauteed mushrooms, sweet corn and cheese sauce that’s surprisingly savoury.
At $3.80 a piece, taco about value for money.

My two favorites would be the Baja Fish for the beer battered fish sticks wrapped in a flour tortilla and garnished with pickled red cabbage and chipotle mayo, and Chicken Pastor which comes with, in my honest opinion, an award-winning pineapple salsa that I absolutely wiped clean.

Another taco which was unexpectedly good was the Vegetarian, which would usually be the least favored but you shouldn’t miss this out as the crispy cheese and mushrooms in it totally changed our opinions of a vegetarian taco.

I liked their fish tacos ($13.40 a pair); Firm sea bass fillet fried in beer batter before being topped with salsa, pickled cabbage and spicy chipotle aioli. With locations in Vivocity and 313, its pretty convenient and accessible too.

That being said, Vatos Urban Tacos are still my top choice for tacos, their short rib tacos are the bombbbbb.
