Pork chop + rice + star fruit salad = bliss 😍
These unassuming pork chops totally surpassed my expectations. Flavourful, well smoked, tender strips of pork, seriously satisfying stuff. I'm quite certain this will be a hit with the guys. 💪🏻 Typically served together with the bone in Vietnam, you can request for them to snip away the bone and have it in smaller cuts — it's easier to eat it this way. Oh be sure to dip the pork slices in their homemade chili served on the side — shiokkkk! #Burpproved
