Pan-Fried Kambing Gyoza

RM15.00 · 1 Review

Brought to you by the food and coffee genius behind Three Little Birds and Someplace Beautiful, this new modern bao bar is worth the hype. The menu is small for now with less than 5 fillings but the wagyu beef (RM19) and starfruit smoked paprika chicken (RM9) are baos that sure pack a punch. Gotta bao down to Joey Mah for conjuring up the most unexpected flavour combinations that just work. This takes months of experimenting of course. Did you know wagyu was chosen as compared to other beef because it is much easier to chomp down with the bao? If bao isn’t your thing, try the delicious pan fried lamb gyoza (RM15) and addictive furikake corn (rm8). Wash it all down with One Half’s zesty Chrysanthemum Lemonade (RM11).
More baos are in the works, and lunch plans are also on the pipeline. For now, get down to Random Foodstore and eat yourself happy!
