All kinds of them. Tried the Chinese Pizza for the first time and I am even more certain that I LOVE PIZZAAAA.
Jing Hua's version of pizza has a generous portion of well-seasoned minced meat encased in crispy yet crumbly crust. A tad on the oily side though.
Crispy on the outside, juicy and flavourful inside. Kinda enjoyed this albeit a tad oily. Best to share with 2-3 friends.
I personally like the Chinese Pizza. It's full of my favourite chives but it's a tad too oily. Looks very pretty with curry puff ridges. Red bean pancake is a sinful dessert. #XLB wise, I shall stick to #dintaifung. We wanted to order the fried 锅贴 but pick the boiled ones by mistake. Perhaps the service staff could have verified our order first. Next time then. #xiaolongbao #chinese #burpple #dumpling #dinner #overload
How about some Chinese Pizza ($10) for you? A Han family creation, the pizza is stuffed with seafood and pork fillings which are used in their dumplings too. Things can get a bit messy as the juices from the meat will seep out, alike a crispier version of a xiaolongbao or meat pie. Word of caution, it can get too addictive that a plate might not be enough. A definite crowd pleaser.
