Perhaps they've changed their chef since my last visit ages ago, but I'm enjoying Little Island Brewing Co's food offerings alot more now.
The fork-tender slices of wagyu brisket are topped with a creamy, pungent horseradish aioli and smothered in savoury brown sauce, then sandwiched between buttery brioche buns. In the mix as well are pickled red onions and crispy capers that lend crisp acidity, making each mouthful the perfect bite.

This local, laidback, spacious craft microbrewery, smokehouse and restaurant in Changi Village lets you pour your own draft beers — an element of fun to the meal. Start with the pleasant Oh Yeah Singapore Pale Ale ($10) as you watch the sun set. Then, dig into the irresistible 15-hour Smoked Wagyu Beef Brisket ($18 per 100g) and get your hands dirty with the Pork Ribs Balinese Style ($26 per 200g) for a truly meaty affair. Also have the tasty Roasted Chilli Pumpkin ($10) on the side. Pro tip: Come by on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday to enjoy live music, and make a reservation on Burpple via Chope!

@littleislandbrewingco , dishes there are best shared in a small group cos you'll want to order everything on their menu! Also serving their very own craft beers using a tap card system so that you fill up your 🍺 mug till just the amount you want! Overall, food was decent and this is a nice spot to hang in between pokehunts at changi village😉!
This was pretty good - tender and well-marinated. $16 for 100g, we would probably come back again!
