SIZE: Too much for 2 to share as a post-meal dessert. Ideal size for 3 to 4 pax.
VALUE: Goooooood value for money compared to many other bingsu shops that are easily above $10 per bowl
I'm now searching for good bingsu around the island after getting hooked by bingsu at Chi Bing Star Vista. Just happened to pass by One Ice Cafe at Waterway Point. Ordered a patbingsu for only $6.80! That's way cheaper than the one at Star Vista.

I had high hopes for the ice, after having the cloud-like ice at Star Vista. Slightly disappointed but still happy, as long as I get iced cold desserts after a meal. This is more coarse, though still finer than our ice kachang. So this is not just a bigger but more expensive bowl of ice kachang.. We have to give credit to the technology that generate this ice. But whether it's worth paying the price of a few times that of ice kachang is another matter altogether.

We ordered Patbingsu for only $6.80 and it's definitely worth it! Patbingsu is made up of Shaved Milk Ice, Red Bean, Almond, Cornflakes, Rice Cake, Jelly and Vanilla Ice Cream!! Highly recommended!
One of the most affordable bingsu, if not the cheapest, that I have came across in Singapore. Prices start from $6.80 and even though it's not as exciting as your Oma Spoons or Nunsongyees, this will suffice if you are not a fussy eater and do not wish to endure the long queues at the more established brands.
Felt it was rather lacklustre even despite the price. Once you get over the drizzling of condensed milk it tasted pretty bland. Portion is quite big though so I recommend sharing.
