I like how simple and modern the decor is. Had penne al salmon $18 (love their cream and tomato sauce mmhmm๐) and Flava burger special $18.
Here is a casual spot in Siglap to catch up with friends over brunch. Meat lovers will dig the Flava Burger Special ($18) โ a mess of mozzarella and cheddar cheese atop a 180g Angus beef patty, blanketed with an omelette. The burger is served open-faced, with two onion rings on the top. Something lighter but no less tasty is the Tebasaki Chicken Burger ($16) โ two crispy cutlets coated with a peppery tebasaki sauce and topped with Swiss cheese. Don't leave without ordering the sinful yet addictive Spam Fries ($8), chicken luncheon meat battered and deep-fried, and served with achar and Thai dipping sauce. Sedap!

A very friendly, relaxed Halal eatery along Siglap, Flava Contemporary serves up great grub with both Asian and Western dishes.
The Flava Burger Special came with a 180g angus beef patty enveloped in an omelette and topped off with onion rings and veg. ๐ It was a good burger - juicy and tasty but the patty was slightly more well done than I'd have liked.
Do yourself a favor and get the Spam Fries too! Service was impeccable with super friendly staff with HUGE smiles ๐
