Personal favorite will be the PORK NECK!!! Pork neck is not an easy cut to cook. However, this place cooked it perfectly. The in house special sauce (with a hint of fruity sweet) coated the meat. While chewing this tough cut, it slowly released its juice and sauce.
With a good fat to meat ratio, these skewers remained moist and juicy after spending some time on the charcoal grill. In addition to the chef's impressive control of heat, the caramelised sweet and savoury glaze made these satisfying sticks even more gobsmackingly delicious! ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฆ
Two skewers for $5.80. Recommended on the menu, and probably the most impressive meat skewer we had! Very very good. I really liked how this place is super unpretentious, puts you at ease, and allows you to just relax.
