Previously had the matcha soufflé over at Bugis, but found it pretty average, so didn't wanted to post it.
However this Valrhona Chocolate Souffle is definitely worth a shoutout for its chocolate sauce within that is an ecstasy every mouth taken with it. Souffle however, was not as fluffy as expected but really, who can resist chocolates? 😁
