This comes as no surprises as to why its so famous. It's 8 flavours; original, ginseng, foie gras, truffle, cheese, crab roe, garlic and szechuan; with sweet savoury soup wrapped up nicely within each XLB is simply delicious. Well, I for one can't describe this enough. The dish speaks for itself!
Just Be careful not to waste any drop of soup as your savour each XLB. And...warning.. the szechuan XLB packs a punch! :)
Colourful, delicate and impeccably folded soup dumplings are the highlight of this stylish Oriental chain. Offering 8 different versions of Xiao Long Bao, visitors can mix and match via an ala carte order or get them all for RM25.80. The Foie Gras and Black Truffle are both especially delicious and aromatic. According to the menu, there is a procedure to enjoy these Xiao Long Baos starting first with the Original, Ginseng (Green), Foie Gras (Brown), Black Truffle (Black), Cheese (Yellow), Crab Roe (Orange), Garlic (Grey), Szechuan (Pink? Fuchsia?). Also worth trying is their La Mian with Braised Pork Belly in Signature Pork Bone Soup (RM20.90). Springy noodles, silky and tender pork belly in fragrant soup. Yum.
