why pay 30$+ in restaurants when you can get equally good pork knuckle at friggin 18 BUCKS!!!! the deep fried pork knuckle was insanely good sigh skin was super super SUPER crispy while the meat remained tender and juicy. seasoned to perfection as well!!!! definitely one of the best zichar places I've been to :-)
Not the best of course, but at S$18 I'm not complaining. There's a lot of meat for the price, and the skin's got a good crisp. Only thing is the meat was dry, and certain parts had a strong porky taste. The accompanying chili made everything better though so no problems with that.
This Pork Knuckle is too delicious! The skin is so crispy & the meat so tender. So perfectly done!!
Awesomely crispy skin & melt in your mouth meat, it's well marinated and doesn't have that annoying porky 'smell', a definite must try
