Chanced upon this pretty outfit in London selling these gorgeous babies – cookie "sandwiches" with buttercream fillings – and I tell you, they're as delicious to eat as they are candy to the eye.
The Strawberry Cheesecake is a light yet highly satisfying creation comprising Madagascan vanilla cream cheese and strawberry jam, while the dark-coloured Choc O'Berry Smore has tangy raspberry buttercream and a fluffy toasted marshmallow tucked between fudgy chocolate cookies.
But the show-stealer really is Mr Grey, delightfully fragrant and not cloyingly sweet with earl grey, white chocolate and lemon combined in one pretty stack.
