Craftsmen Coffee is a delightful find for anyone seeking indulgent café fare in a cozy, inviting atmosphere. With its thoughtfully crafted menu, this spot offers a delightful mix of sweet and savory dishes that cater to all cravings. Each item reflects a commitment to quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors, making it an ideal destination for brunch enthusiasts and dessert lovers alike.

The Honey Butter Toast, also known as the Classic Toast, is a standout dessert. The warm, golden-brown toast is topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and light, fluffy whipped cream. Almond flakes and a drizzle of vanilla honey sauce add a delightful crunch and sweetness, while the butterscotch drizzle provides a luxurious finishing touch. This dish is comfort food at its finest, elevated with refined flavors and textures.

The Crispy Chicken & Waffle was equally impressive. The house-marinated chicken wings and drumettes were perfectly fried, with a crispy exterior that locked in the juicy, tender meat. The buttermilk cheddar waffle had an excellent texture and a subtle savory flavor, holding up well under the generous pour of blanc maple syrup and hot sauce. This dish strikes the perfect balance between sweet and savory, making it a crowd-pleaser.

Craftsmen’s Benedict was a delightful dish with every bite. The black forest ham brought a rich, smoky flavor that paired wonderfully with the velvety poached egg and the slightly spicy kick of chipotle mayo. The English muffin was light yet sturdy, providing the perfect base for the toppings. The accompanying side salad added a refreshing crunch and balanced the rich flavors beautifully.

Finally, the Cinnamon Bun Latte was a true treat. This warm, creamy drink had the perfect balance of cinnamon spice and sweetness, making it the ideal companion to both sweet and savory dishes on the menu. It’s a comforting and indulgent beverage that rounds out the café’s offerings perfectly.

Went to Craftsmen last week and ordered their Truffle Mushroom Pasta, Tomyum Seafood Cremeso without Mussels, and 2 Iced Matcha Lattes😇 Bill was $77 for 2 pax but paid $57 after purchasing their credits💯

Overall 7/10! Food was pretty good but was quite disappointed at their Matcha Lattes today☹️ Ordered Less Sweet but felt that there was no syrup and all and it was diluted... Would head back again to try their coffee next time tho😅

Went to Craftsmen Coffee two weeks ago and ordered their Fried Chicken Waffles ($22), Tom Yum Seafood Cremoso ($26), and 2 Matcha Lattes ($8.50 each)!😇

Overall ratings 9/10! Came to craftsmen a few times and am still loving their pasta and matcha lattes! Waffles on the otherhand were decent but not the best😅 Sadly they started to include GST and SVC Charge and it became more pricey to dine in now🤧

triple brioche was pretty filling! enjoyed the different ingredients that were layered in between such as pulled pork, ham and cheese. nicely paired with avocado and salad. you can choose your choice of eggs and i went with the poached egg which was perfect when it was cut into.

lots of cheese and mayo for the tatter tots which i appreciated.

carbonara also came w a perfectly poached egg. sauce was creamy but not overly jerlat which was great

matcha latte had a strong matcha taste but the almond latte was lacking the nutty taste. tasted like a normal latte.

Lovely place for chilling with wide variety of brunch options. Love the waffles and crisp fried chicken with maple, and they have many unique flavours of coffee. Quality is assured here (~$30 each with food + coffee), love the latte with coconut flakes

Decent slice of cake. We also had the iced latte ($6) and iced roasted almond latte ($7). It was a little crowded on a Saturday afternoon, so we didn’t manage to get seated in cosier parts of the café.
