Burgers and fries are a classic combination, but we picked the 𝗧𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝘀 (+ $1 with any burger). Captivatingly crispy outside and fluffy inside, these were surely superior to generic fries. We also liked the 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼 (+ $2 with any burger) for its creamy texture, though we wished there was more gravy because it ran out by the time we got to the bottom of the tub.
For an awesome burger experience, @hammees_sg is a must-visit.
The 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 ($8) was flawless. A gigantic chicken thigh, fabulously fried till it was delectably crispy outside yet seductively succulent inside, was paired with a crunchy and tangy homemade slaw. This was possibly the best chicken burger I've ever had.
I'm mortified that I haven't visited Hammee's in over a year. The burgers used to come with fries by default; now sides must be purchased. But it's unimportant because you'd be hard pressed to find another burger of equal or higher quality than Hammee's at this price point (less than $10 per burger).
You can't go wrong with the signature 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 ($8 single, $12.50 double). Even though the beef patties were a little hard (a one-off, based on past experience), the caramelised onions, American cheddar, jalapenos and burger sauce made this a sensationally scrumptious burger.

Another Fried Carrot Cake around my hood that served really nice plate of Fried Carrot Cake. Their carrot cake is soft and moist, fried till fragrant with a little char. It's also on a sweeter side which is what i like too.
