The 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 ($𝟵.𝟱𝟬) at Amoy Street Food Centre (#02-114) is pretty good! The marbled beef slices are torched on the spot to give it a smokey flavour, which goes well with the springy egg noodles tossed in truffle oil. The fried wontons add a nice crunch. Enjoyed this!
